We’ve teamed up with Big SE Run Club to bring you the perfect blend of Pilates and cardio.

Join us on the first Saturday of every month for a 30-minute Reformer Pilates class followed by a relaxed, beginner-friendly run around Hither Green.

8:00am – Reformer Pilates at Flex Pilates (Hither Green)

8:30am – Beginner-friendly group run

Post-run stretch + optional local coffee


Spaces are limited, so be sure to book early!

The Foundations Reformer Course is a six week long course designed specifically for beginners who are completely new to Pilates. The course will provide a complete and full depth explanation of the reformer and springs, how to adjust the machine and finding your specific set up.

The course will build on exercises consistently each week so you have a grounded understanding of the movement, intention and aim, ensuring you to feel confident on the equipment. This is the perfect starting point for anyone completely new to Pilates, anyone returning after injury or for those needing a refresh after a long break.

The course is every Monday at 5.30pm for the six week duration. It will be the same teacher and attendees for the entirety of the six weeks, creating a consistent and supportive environment.


Due to this being a course, if you cannot make a session, we cannot offer any refund/ class credit return. Drop in option isn't available.
